Due to high demand, Marnie’s one-on-one sessions are opened via her main newsletter every 3 months and they book out within 30 minutes of the newsletter being released. You can join that here to be notified of appointment openings.

At time of booking (which is done online by you via the link in Marnie’s newsletter) a 50% deposit is required to hold your appointment. Payment online is via secure credit card or PayPal.

Unfortunately due to high demand, Marnie is unable to have a waitlist for appointments although she does have a cancellation list should a spot come up (keep reading for more info about that).

You may want to consider becoming a Diamond member of the MC Community as appointments are released to them first before the newsletter goes out.

Marnie’s policy for readings is one every 10 months. If you have already had a reading recently, please wait at least 10 months before booking another session.

One-question readings can be given more often due to the unique questions being asked at each booking.

You must be 18 years or over to organise a reading or energy session.  

If not, you must book with a parent or legal guardian and have them present during the session or a reading cannot be done.

Due to the high demand and large number of bookings Marnie takes, and for the care and privacy of everyone involved, Marnie offers all sessions online via Zoom. This is still a wonderful face-to-face option that Marnie provides for people all over the world.

Appointments for these mini-sessions are announced on Marnie’s Facebook account or Instagram IN STORIES each week on a Monday evening, should there be availability. It is not guaranteed there will be spaces every week, so please keep your eye on Marnie’s social media accounts for the announcement.

Please understand that questions beyond your short session cannot be answered. If you need further information, it is best that you book an hour or half hour session instead where there is more time to sit for guidance.

If you are outside of Australia, your email address is required to notify you of a cancellation. Please remember that cancellations are rare and you may not be contacted with an appointment time.

Cancellations are rare and should an appointment come up, it will be offered to you for that day or within a day or two.

Please understand that if you decline the appointment offered, or can’t get back to us in the timeframe requested, it will be passed on to the next person waiting and you will be removed from the list.

Unfortunately no. Due to Marnie’s policy on spacing your sessions, if this happens one of the appointments will be cancelled and refunded less a $50 admin fee.

All bookings must be in INDIVIDUAL names. Please do not book two or three appointments in your own name (for other people) as it will be assumed you will want them all and excess appointments will be cancelled.

Our loved ones in Spirit are at peace and how you remember them at their happiest.

Just like everyone has free will in daily life, they have free will in Spirit too and for this reason Marnie can’t guarantee that your loved one will come through in a reading.

Your loved ones are always around you, even if they don’t have a message for you at the time of a session.

Ultimately they love you as much in Spirit as they did when they were here.

All of Marnie’s readings are channelled from Guidance and/or Spirit. This means that the information is passed directly on to you in that moment. Marnie does not recall anything in a reading within half an hour of your session finishing.

It is highly recommended that you record your reading session and you will be given that opportunity to do so at the beginning of your appointment.

Due to the high number of people Marnie reads for, questions are not accepted after your session.

Please understand that it takes a lot of Marnie’s energy to connect for guidance and due to the high volume of sessions given it is not possible to continue responding to questions beyond your appointment.

No records of sessions are stored after completion of your reading.

Zoom sessions that are recorded are automatically deleted up to 5 days after your appointment due to privacy and confidentiality and the high volume of sessions given.

Please understand if you are late to your appointment, your session will still finish on time so as not to inconvenience Marnie’s next client.

Yes you can reschedule your appointment time twice in a calendar year.

Alternatively if you can’t make it to your appointment via Zoom, you can opt for an absent reading (video-recorded reading). It is not required for you to present for that session.

If you’ve rescheduled your appointment twice already in a calendar year and can’t make the final time set (and don’t choose an absent reading) unfortunately your appointment will be cancelled.

Readings or energy sessions cannot be rescheduled more than 12 months from the date your original appointment was made.

For that reason, and due to the many requests for information via email, text and her social media accounts, they cannot be answered.

These sessions are calming and balancing and can be enjoyed more often throughout the course of a year.

Initial appointment is full price, subsequent appointments within a calendar year are much reduced.
