MC Community FAQs
Which membership would suit me best?
This really depends on many things, mainly on what you’re hoping to achieve by being in the Community. If you are curious and new to the spirit world, then the Rose Quartz membership is for you. There’s so many topics introduced every month and vibrant discussion on previous months’ topics that you have access to.
There’s a section for general questions and experiences shared by everyone in the Community that you can also indulge in. You will also be included in the Live Reading calls every month and receive a mini-reading with Marnie.
Alternatively, if you’ve been on your soulful path for a while now, being an empath or sensitive, and want to further learn about what’s going on in planet energies, astrology, receive regular, posted card messages by Marnie then the Diamond membership will be more your style.
Not only can you understand what affects you energetically on a regular basis, you’ll also have access to an incredible library of resources including downloadable PDFs, recorded special events and audio meditations.
Marnie also holds regular live events like spiritual and meditation classes, including her Know Where You’re Headed yearly events, which are recorded so you can watch them back as often as you like.
As an added bonus, if you want a one-on-one session with Marnie, being a Diamond member you receive first option to book when her appointments are released plus early access and discounts to her programs and courses!
How do I access the MC Community?
The MC Community is found on the free Circle app. Head to Google Play or App Store to download it on your device and then log in. Alternatively, head to https://community.marnie-cate.com/home on a PC or Mac and sign in that way.
Can I pay an Annual Membership off?
Memberships are offered in two tiers (Rose Quartz and Diamond) and they come in either monthly or annual options.
Rose Quartz - $16 per month or $155 per year. Annual savings $37
Diamond - $37 per month or $359 per year. Annual savings $85
If you would like an annual option, it must be paid in full at the time of registering. The benefit of choosing this option saves you in the long run.
What if I begin on the Rose Quartz Membership and decide I want to upgrade to the Diamond?
On a PC or Laptop, simply go into your profile in the Community and access ‘Billing’.
Click ‘Upgrade’ next to your subscription.
Select the new plan and billing cycle.
Add payment details and confirm the change.
You will immediately be upgraded to your new membership plan.
If you wish to downgrade from Diamond, the same information applies and you will immediately be on the Rose Quartz plan.
Please note, if your active time on the premium plan hasn’t been completed, the downgrade comes into affect immediately and you will lose the extra options of Diamond. There is also no refund for downgrading your plan early.
Where do I access the resources on the Diamond Plan?
Resources are located in their own Space on the Circle App. Please head to the Resources space and you’ll have access to the extras there.
Will I get a reading each month when you do Live Readings?
Readings during the Live sessions in the Community are for a period of 30 minutes in total once a month, at a time and date determined by Marnie and notified to everyone in advance on the Community.
During the Live, Marnie can only do a limited number of readings for those watching the live.
Readings are only given at the time of the Live, and the readings format is like a one-question reading. This means participants must ask a question that they’d like to have guidance on (something specific such as ‘when will I sell my home?’) and should Guidance select you, Marnie will channel information based on your question and choose a card for you.
Marnie tries to get as much guidance on as many questions as possible during this time, however depending on how many people are attending the Live each month, it is not guaranteed everyone will get a reading.
What if I miss the Live reading? Can I send you a private message or post my question in the group so you can address it later?
Unfortunately no. If you aren’t present when Marnie goes live to give readings, questions asked after that live session on the video post, on a separate post or private messaged are not able to be responded to with guidance. Please wait until the next live session to ask your question.
If you have a question that you are happy for Community members to try their psychic skills on, please post it up in the General Space and you may get insight then.
I’ve changed my email address. How do I update it?
Go to your profile on a PC or laptop (it won’t work on the app).
Once in profile, you will be able to update your email address.
What topics can I expect to learn in the MC Community?
Each month we focus on a new topic of spiritual information. Topics such as astrology, Spirit messages, energy, animal spirits, smudging, Guides and more (not in that order) will be discussed and Marnie shares her tips on how you can interact and grow stronger in your own abilities for everyday life.
Sometimes there will be activities and challenges that you can experience for yourself. The amount of topics covered in the Community is endless!
Can I post questions about the month’s topic, or previous months’ topics, at any time in the Community?
Yes! This is encouraged.
The Community is a safe space for you to ask all the questions, share what you’re experiencing and get to know each other.
Marnie loves sharing space with like-minded people who are right at the beginning of their spiritual journey or that have spent years on their spiritual path - even if you are working in the spiritual field!
Whether it’s about the topic being discussed that month or even if you’ve had an unusual dream, or a meditative experience that you’d like ideas on, please ask. That’s what the Community is for.
I have a weird question that’s not related to the month’s topic. Can I ask this in a new post?
Of course you can! No question is ever too weird to ask.
Please start a new post in the General Space and ask anything you like. It doesn’t have to be on topic. It may just be something someone else is wondering about so if you post it publicly in the group it helps everyone to learn.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR COMMUNITY SUBSCRIPTION/MEMBERSHIP
How you are billed - Subscriptions 'auto-renew'
Subscriptions to the Community on the Circle app renew automatically (auto-renew) at the completion of the chosen subscription billing period (either 1 month or 12 months). This prevents disruption to running services. The Community and all subscriptions are held on the Circle app.
In other words, if you subscribe for 12 months, your subscription will auto-renew at the completion of this period for another 12 months. If you subscribe for 1 month, your subscription will auto-renew at the completion of this period for another month unless you unsubscribe.
Please remember to keep your confirmation email for your subscription as you may need to refer to it again down the track.
Your subscription auto-renews
The auto-renew billing cycle continues indefinitely and you will receive an email reminding you of renewal about a week before it is due. If you wish to cancel your subscription, sign-in to your profile on the Circle app and then find the payment subscription and hit ‘Cancel Subscription’. If you do this, you will not be billed again and your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle. If you change your mind, simply head to https://community.marnie-cate.com/home or in the app, log in to your profile and select ‘Billing’ and you can start a previous subscription again or upgrade/downgrade to a new subscription.
You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation almost immediately. And that’s it! Your payment auto renew is cancelled and you will not be billed again. You will continue to have access to all the benefits of your current MC Community subscription until the expiry date. Should you change your mind, simply head back into your profile and restart your subscription again. If there are any issues, please email hello@marnie-cate.com.
ADD A NEW PAYMENT METHOD / UPDATE YOUR EXISTING PAYMENT METHOD
ADDING A NEW PAYMENT METHOD (Credit Card only) MAKING IT THE DEFAULT PAYMENT METHOD GOING FORWARD
To add a new payment method (Credit Card) and make it your default payment method for recurring payments going forward:
1. Visit your Profile (login to the Circle app on IOS, Android or desktop/laptop)
2. While you're logged in, select the ‘Billing’ tab. Then tap the ‘Payment Method’ button, click ‘Add Payment Method’ and put in your card details.
3. Hit ‘Update Card’. All done.
I’M A RETURNING MEMBER, HOW CAN I RE-SUBSCRIBE TO THE COMMUNITY?
Re-connecting to the Community is easy. Please head to the MC Community and log in to your profile, choose your new subscription and register again. It’ll put you straight back into the Community and away you go.

2. Select the ‘Billing’ tab.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Digital Goods and the Community: Due to the nature of digital data, which has access provided directly upon purchase (or renewal) there are no refunds. You can however, cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to retain full access to all the benefits of your subscription, until the expiry date. And refunds are not available if you simply change your mind once you’ve subscribed.
Existing Community Members
Once you have joined the Community that is found on the Circle app, you will stay in there until you cancel your account.
What if I accidently leave the Community?
It’s easy! Simply open the Circle app again, enter your login details and you’ll be granted access as long as you have a current subscription. Please email should you be having any difficulties.
